    		• Food type/specialties: Open for dinner, Tuesday to Sunday, Miyako is a typical Japanese restaurant featuring a Tatami room, Sushi bar, Tempura and Tapenyaki sections from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The view from the restaurant overlooks Japanese gardens. Chinese specialties are also served.
  • Roof Garden
    		• Food type/specialties: Roof Garden Restaurant is open everyday between 7:00 pm and 11:30 pm with selections from modern global cuisine. Daily beverage service between 3:00 pm and 1:30 pm
  • Swiss Chalet
    		• Food type/specialties: Open for dinner daily during the winter months. Closed on Tuesdays. Located in a typical 100-year-old chalet brought from Switzerland in pieces and mantled in the hotel. The restaurant serves typical Swiss dishes like fondue and raclette between 7:00 pm and 11:30 pm.
  • Oasis
    		• Food type/specialties: During the summer months, enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the poolside restaurant serving snacks and barbecued foods. The Oasis is open daily from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm.
  • Café Suisse
    		• Food type/specialties: Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 6:00 am to 1:00 am, the Café Suisse is a coffee shop featuring international specialties, an extensive buffet and à la carte menu. Enjoy spectacular views of The Bosphorus at the terrace during the summer months.
  • Les Ambassadeurs
    		• Food type/specialties: Open in the winter months between Sunday and Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am and on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays to 5:00 am.
  • Lobby Lounge
    		• Food type/specialties: Enjoy the traditional five o'clock tea service with live classical music and full view of the Bosphorus. The lounge serves tea, coffee, international drinks, pastries, soufflés and sandwiches between 7:00 am and 1:30 am.
